Commissioned by PT Bloom Development this project was completed in December of 2022. The project is a 98'w x 60"h. This project was completed while renovations were still underway which required coordination with the client and GC to ensure that painting could happen without impacting other trades and vice versa. This site presented unique challenges that required maneuvering the lift in tight spaces and around other equipment on-site. PT Bloom Development commissioned Hamilton to create a bright, vibrant, and fun mural on their newly renovated Boutique condo building on historical Pennsylvania Avenue. Just blocks away from the White House in Washington DC, the client wanted to liven up the historical building with a modern twist that would bring a pop of color to this thriving community.
